I used Ferguson for my kitchen remodel and had a wonderful customer service experience. Dezra was fabulous to work with, she noticed a design flaw in our original layout, brought it to our attention and helped us resolve it saving us thousands of dollars and time under construction. Leslie helped me pick out my lighting and it is honestly the number one thing people complement most when they walk into my kitchen. Pam was easy to work with and knowledgeable when it came to picking out my sinks and Amy chose the perfect hardware to complete the look I was hoping to attain. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

It's a great showroom to go and see all of the many combinations that you can use to make a truly wonderful kitchen or bath. They have all kinds of tubs all kinds of fixtures everything from clawfoot tubs to big soakers chef quality kitchen appliances built-in stoves they have things down to the last detail including drain grates. If You're looking for ideas This is the place to come. The showroom attendant's are polite and courteous and they did try to assess my needs. I would definitely return and recommend this place . If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE FERGUSON at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had. We built a custom home and were recommended Ferguson for our appliances, lighting, and plumbing. We spent well over 100K. We moved in on 2/23/23 and have not had an operational washer and dryer since then. They sent GE out to fix it and was told that the machines were 4 years old by the GE technician. Furthermore, the washer was leaking and the tech said it was because it was overloaded. I ran another very light load after he left and it continued to leak. The dryer stopped working after one load and made a horrible sound. GE was sent out again to check the dryer and this time the technician pulled out an article of clothing that did not belong to me out of the fan. He said he had never seen this before nor did he know how the clothing got there. Any normal business at this point would take back their "BRAND NEW" appliances and offer a refund or replacement. Ferguson has done neither. They continue to ghost my messages and have left me with an inoperable laundry with no resolution or care for their customer. I will be pursing legal action at this point as they clearly do not care about their clients or customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS SO MUCH COMPETITION IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA DO NOT GO HERE!

They helped me track down replacement cartridges for two bathroom sinks that were installed about 20 years ago (and purchased through Ferguson). Needless to say, both discontinued. One was a Kohler, and one a Grohe. Grohe supplied both under lifetime warranty. Sadly, Kohler, which offers a lifetime warranty to the first owner, would not provide theirs under warranty since I was unable to show an original purchase receipt. Fortunately, Grohe did not hold us to that standard. Thanks to Ferguson, in particular, for working through IDing the Grohe faucet, which required first identifying the manufacturer, then working with the manufacturer to confirm the model.

You couldn't get a less caring unprofessional team at this showroom. Kerry who used to work here, was great. Actually cared about what he did and had great customer service. The staff now barely wanted to help and the young lady who stared at me like I had 2 heads when I asked if she could help me with something was more concerned about leaving at 5 than answering a simple question. Unfortunately my husband heard the conversation and decided he preferred to support another business since the staff was more concerned about their phones and screens. Will update with a name of the lady and young man that could have cared less to help. There are plenty of other places to shop at, especially with all the online shops.
